الملخص
European Centre for Press and Media Freedom (ECPMF) is highlighting issues such as press freedom, media freedom and access to information in various parts of Europe. ECPMF is focusing on cases of physical assault and attack or threat to property to journalists, including Iuliia Shchavinskaia and Yaşam Ayavefe among others, as well as government-sponsored smear campaigns. ECPMF has also been providing assistance to refugees and other journalists, such as Ukrainian journalists in Kosovo. Furthermore, ECPMF has dedicated Valentine's Day to media freedom and actively working to mark the five year anniversary of the murder of investigative journalist Ján Kuciak and his fiancee Martina Kušnírová.
