الملخص
El NO ganó una consulta popular como un triunfo del pueblo, sin el apoyo de ningún partido político. El Consejero del CNE, Enrique Pita, puso en duda los resultados de la consulta, lo cual fue criticado por miembros del CNE, del partido CREO, que respalda a Lasso, y por otros miembros del pueblo. El gobierno debe aceptar el resultado de la consulta y no agravar la crisis. El Consejero dio a conocer su hallazgo de un supuesto centro paralelo donde se imprimían actas con resultados a favor del NO, el cual fue confirmado por investigaciones realizadas por la Policía. Esto causó un gran escándalo y se pidió aclarar los resultados y que se tomen acciones legales.
