Despite the post trip goodies, customers have raised complaints about payment gateway failures, money being deducted despite gateway timeouts, vendors not receiving payments and funds being held for no reason. Customers also raised complaints about delayed refunds, harrassment calls and payments not reaching the beneficiary.
