Resumo
Razorpay, a CIO organization, recently held an offsite in Pondicherry and thanked their founders and leadership for theirsupport of the people-centric culture. Despite the post trip goodies, customers have raised complaints about payment gateway failures, money being deducted despite gateway timeouts, vendors not receiving payments and funds being held for no reason. Customers also raised complaints about delayed refunds, harrassment calls and payments not reaching the beneficiary. Friends have also asked for opinions on whether recession will hit India in 2023/2024. Finally, customers have also raised complaints regarding disabled accounts and lack of customer service number or support email address.
