Twitter is working on a new feature called Subscriptions which will allow creators to set their own monthly pricing ranging from $0.99 - $399.99 and this feature is currently only available in the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. There is speculation and disappointment that the maximum price wasn't set at $420 and the feature is yet to go global.
