Resumo
NasimiAghayev discussed Azerbaijan's agreement to provide a corridor without any checkpoints for citizens to travel in Berlin using ICRC vehicles. Others disagree, claiming the situation on the ground does not reflect this agreement. Aghayev and ICRC were discussed in an attempt to create false impressions of a crisis. Aghayev has also drawn attention to the Artsakh blockade, the destruction of Old Jugha, the Sumgait massacre, the Baku pogroms, and the UN resolutions on Artsakh. 200 Azeri civilians were hospitalized in Azeri vehicles as all streets in Baku remain open, and non-neutral trips paid for by Azeri were also discussed.
