Resumo
People in South Yorkshire have been outraged that there was no funding for the LGBTQ community in Rotherham. Mayor of South Yorkshire meets with HC and discussed various opportunities like Culture, Sports, Advanced Manufacturing and Green Technology. A great opportunity arose to apply for a fantastic job in Barnsley Council. Funding of £250k has been secured to upgrade the Attercliffe and Arena Tram stops as well as for a new battery manufacturing centre in Rotherham creating 500 jobs. Ed Clancy has been appointed South Yorkshire's new active travel commissioner. People are encouraged to sign up for a Citizens Assembly to fight the Climate Emergency in South Yorkshire. Additionally, funding has been secured for the fit-out of Grimm and Co in Rotherham and a delivery led role in Barnsley in the field of Mindshift before Modeshift has been created with the deadline of 17th Feb 2023.
