الملخص
The 89th Mandai Kattu Thiruvizha, a cultural event which has been held for 89 years, was suspended by Tamil Nadu government. TN Government Minister, M K Stalin, and assembly leaders from BJP, DMK and Tamil Nadu Assembly, including Mr Gandhi NGL, held a meeting about the event, however, the decision stands. 85 years ago the event was held at the temple and the current situation of resurgence has caused the temple to close. Free Temples from Government is an initiative that aims to move away from the public sector. Finally, Feb 14th - Valentine’s Day has been proposed as an event to offer support to this initiative by eating beef briyani in Sukkubhai.
