Resumen
Factors such as economic and social marginalization of Muslims in the region are said to be the cause of hate crimes against them. In response to such hate crimes, various individuals and organizations have organized a trend signifying their protest against the same. Furthermore, to promote self-defence, trishuls and other hardware have been provided by the Hindutva forces with backing from the government.
