Resumen
Shah Farman, the former Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, has made an important advancement in the Peshawar High Court case. Legal issues will arise until the case is solved on February 22nd, with 54 days left for elections. 90 days after February 22nd the case which diverts from the 73rd Amendment will proceed. Furthermore, the Governor has declared that he does not have a say in giving advice, but elections are in order for resolving issues. Asad Qaiser, Azhar Mashwani and Amna Meenakhan have started a campaign from the Chief Minister's residence to bring a just system. Uthman Khan, the Deputy Chairman of the IEC, has pointed out the inefficiencies in the legal and constitutional documents. This governor is playing a key role in helping the elected counsel in the case.
