The Secretary General of @NUP_Ug, @DavidLRubongoya, has informed journalists that Honorable Members of Parliament, Allan Ssewanyana and Muhammad Ssegirinya, have been released on bail from Kigo Prison. @DavidLRubongoya and @HEBobiwine have been working together on the 4-year fight for a Bachelor of Development Studies at Makerere University. @DavidLRubongoya has also been involved in the cases of other abducted people and delivering relief aid to those in IDP camps. He has spoken out about state violations of people's rights, and has been in support of President @HEBobiwine throughout.
