Resumo
Uganda Airlines have recently been encouraged to support local businesses and reduce capital flight, while making inflight announcements in English and sometimes Luganda. There are a number of prominent organizations in Uganda whose reputation have been in ruins lately and a crisis management plan should be in order. Additionally, 6 new planes are set to arrive at Uganda Airlines, as well as direct flights to Lagos and Abuja. Criticisms have been made regarding the announcement of the inflight announcements in Luganda and the overall customer service. There are also discussions of Uganda Airlines representing more than just Buganda Airlines.
