Ozet
EPE, an energy research company based in Brazil, conducted a study that shows a record high in diesel and Otto cycle consumption in 2022, due to decreased prices as a result of tax deductions. The study also found that natural gas prices in Brazil are higher than the breakeven cost for any production that uses natural gas, resulting in a gap of $300 million a year if used for urea production, rendering it unfeasible.
