How do I see who someone recently followed on X?

X shows a following list but not when each follow happened. The only way to date a follow is to snapshot the list and compare it to the previous snapshot, which is what this does.

How often can it run?

Daily, weekly, or on demand before an event. Cost scales with how many accounts you watch and how often, because each run pulls the full following list and diffs it locally.
