Engineer Faisal AlSaber expressed his disappointment that there is no solution to transfer his landline phone to fiber technology which will be completely shut down on March 1st. STC customers often face slow connection and disruption and when they call service they are given inconsistent answers and reactivating the service doesn't solve the issue. Fiber optics is not working properly, making data the only solution to replace fiber.
